This year is a very special one for me:
Ten years ago, I had the privilege of opening the APPINA TRAVEL office in Dresden.
Looking back now at how it all started, I just have to laugh. A small room in a shared office, a desk, a laptop - and a whole lot of motivation. I had just moved back from Gauting to my hometown, full of anticipation for what was to come.
Just a few months later, Luisa Forkert joined us - and that's when the real story of our team began. Gradually, our team grew, we soon had to move to larger premises, we gained new colleagues, later our own office with three rooms - and finally new carpets and desks. Today, there are seven of us here, with lots of ideas, projects, and wonderful energy.
When I look back, I am simply incredibly grateful:
- For the people who have accompanied me and us on this journey.
- For colleagues who put their heart and soul into their work.
- And especially for you, dear clients, who have placed your trust in us for many years.
I still remember my first internship in 2009 at the headquarters of APPINA TRAVEL in Gauting near Munich. Who would have thought that this would lead to so many years, projects, and stories together?
This anniversary is therefore not only a milestone for our team, but also a wonderful opportunity to say thank you: thank you for your loyalty, your trust, and the many years of successful cooperation!
We look forward to everything that lies ahead - to many new projects, exciting encounters, and the next ten years of our location's history in Dresden.
