PROGRAM SUGGESTION
Day 1: Arrival
After your arrival in Allgäu, you will visit a cheese dairy. During a guided tour you will learn everything you need to know about cheese. Of course, a small tasting won’t be missing. Afterwards you’ll drive to the hotel and have dinner together in a nearby restaurant.
Day 2: mountains, lakes and kings
Today a breathtaking experience awaits you:
After breakfast you start to the valley station of the Tegelbergbahn. The cable car takes you to an altitude of 1,730 m. Once at the top, you can enjoy the spectacular view either in the panorama restaurant or during the hike on the panorama trail “Koenigsrunde” (duration approx. 1 hour). Afterwards, the cable car and a bus take you to Fuessen. Here you meet with your tour guide for a royal tour of the Allgaeu. Discover the scenic landscape of the „Allgaeu Koenigswinkel“ between lakes, high mountains and hills. You will see i.a. Fuessen, the Allgaeu Riviera, the Forggensee, the Church of St. Coloman as well as the royal castles of Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein (no interior visits). Following free time in Fuessen.
Return to the hotel and dine together in a nearby restaurant.
Day 3: Departure
How about a stop in Kempten before your group starts their journey home.
