Day 1: Arrival to Amsterdam
After your arrival at Amsterdam International Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel. Dinner and overnight in the area of Amsterdam.
Day 2: Amsterdam
Today you will explore Amsterdam with a half-day guide. See the Royal Palace, Vondelpark, Leidsestraat/Leidseplein, Leidsegracht and Herengracht! In the afternoon you will visit one of Amsterdam’s famous museums (e.g. Rijkmuseum) and will make a canal cruise. Dinner and overnight in the area of Amsterdam.
Day 3: Amsterdam
After breakfast, make an excursion to the windmills of Kinderdijk, home to a collection of windmills from the 1700s. Originally built to pump water away from low-lying land, these ancient windmills were integral to survival so many centuries ago. The area has since been deemed a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
This afternoon, savour some free time in this wonderful city. Enjoy a leisurely stroll along the sun-dappled canals, visit some of the more touristy parts of the city, or even just relax in a café. Dinner and overnight in the area of Amsterdam.
Day 4: Trip to Northern Holland
In the morning, you will leave for a day trip to the northern part of Holland with a guide. You will see beautiful cities like Edam and Alkmaar which are famous for their cheese production. Dinner and overnight in the area of Amsterdam.
Day 5: Brussels
After breakfast, you depart for Belgium. En route, you will stop at Delft where you take a walking tour of the city and visit a porcelain factory. In the afternoon, a half-day guide will show you the city center of Brussels. Afterwards, you will see one of the many famous chocolate factories. Here, you have the opportunity to taste the delicious chocolate. Dinner and overnight in the area of Brussels.
Day 6: Bruges
In the morning, you will go to Bruges where you will discover this romantic city by foot and boat. In the afternoon, you will see the Magritte Museum in Brussels. Dinner and overnight in the area of Brussels.
Day 7: Antwerp - Cologne
After breakfast, you will depart for Germany. En route, you will stop at Antwerp where you have a guided tour of the city. You will visit the diamond quarter and the Musée royal de beaux arts. In the evening, you will arrive in Cologne, Germany. Dinner and overnight in the area of Cologne.
Day 8: Cologne - Bonn
After breakfast, you will be shown Cologne city center by a half-day guide. You will be impressed by Cologne’s famous cathedral! In the afternoon, you depart for a short trip to Bonn where you will see the Grand Place and Beethoven House. Afterwards, you will take a boat trip on the Rhine. Dinner and overnight in the area of Cologne.
Day 9: Wurzburg
In the morning, you will depart for Wurzburg where you will get a half-day city tour. Overnight in the area of Wurzburg.
Day 10: Fussen
Today you will drive along the romantic road to Fussen. En route, you will stop by in Rothenburg, Dinkelsbuehl or Noerdlingen. Moreover, you will visit Neuschwanstein Castle. Dinner and overnight in the area of Fussen.
Day 11: Munich
In the early morning, you will depart for Munich. After arrival, you will visit the memorial site of the former concentration camp Dachau in the north of Munich . In the afternoon, you will have a guided tour of Munich’s city center. Afterwards, you will stop by at one of Munich’s famous beergardens. This is the perfect farewell to an impressive tour through Holland, Belgium and Germany. Overnight in the area of Munich.
Day 12: Departure
After breakfast transfer to Munich Airport for your flight home.
