Tour suggestion
Day 1: Arrival in Frankfurt
After arrival at Frankfurt Airport you will be welcomed by your coach driver and tour escort. Transfer to the city of Frankfurt, where you will enjoy a guided city tour.
Depending of the arrival time, you can also visit the Weltkulturen Museum which is a hub of interdisciplinary collaboration. Afterwards transfer to your hotel. In the evening, you will have dinner at your hotel.
Day 2: Frankfurt - Munich
After breakfast you will drive towards Munich. You will stop en route in Sinnsheim at the Technik Museum. A visit to this museum is an exciting journey through automotive, aviation, and technological history. Visitors can explore vintage cars, motorcycles, military vehicles, and even walk inside a Concorde and a Tupolev Tu-144. Interactive exhibits and IMAX cinema enhance the experience, making it a great destination for technology and history enthusiasts.
Upon arrival in Munich you will check-in to your hotel and enjoy dinner there. Overnight in Munich.
Day 3: Dachau and Munich
Today you will do an excursion to the Memorial Site of Dachau Concentration Camp. Afterwards you will see the main sights of Munich during a guided city tour. In the late afternoon you will have some free time in the city center of Munich.
In the evening you will enjoy a typical Bavarian dinner at a traditional restaurant in Munich.
Day 4: Munich - Salzburg
After breakfast you will continue your journey towards Salzburg, Austria. On the way you will enjoy the beautiful landscape of Berchtesgadener Land with Lake Koenigssee.
Before continuing to Austria, you will visit the Dokumentationszentrum Obersalzberg which offers deep historical insights into the Nazi regime and Hitler’s mountain retreat.
In the afternoon you will visit a Salt Mine for a surprisingly unique underground adventure. Afterwards continue to your hotel in region of Salzburg. Dinner at your hotel.
Day 5: Salzburg
Today you will have time to explore the extraordinary town of Salzburg. In the Morning you will have a guided city tour, where you will see for example the famous Getreidegasse and the Dome. Also, you will visit Mozart's House of Birth, the birthplace of the exalted composer. In the afternoon you could visit the Hohensalzburg Fortress which can easily be reached by funicular railway or the Hellbrunn Palace and Trick Fountains, operating since 1615. See water automats, grottos, fountains and experience a unique cultural jewel which is to be found nowhere else in this form. Dinner at your hotel in region of Salzburg.
Day 6: Salzburg - Vienna with Sound of Music
Breakfast at the hotel. Today you will leave Salzburg and continue your journey towards Vienna. You will stop at Lake Mondsee and in Gmunden at lake Traunsee, where you can see the Castle Ort, a medieval castle on Lake Traun, rich in history, stunning architecture, and cultural significance Afterwards you continue to Vienna. After arrival you will have dinner at your hotel.
Day 7: Vienna
After breakfast you will enjoy a guided city tour through Vienna to see the main sights, e.g. the St. Stephen’s Dome and the Hofburg. In the afternoon you will visit the Mozart House and participate in a workshop to prepare Mozartkugeln, a typical sweet delicate. Enjoy a delicious dinner at a restaurant. Overnight in Vienna
Day 8: Vienna
Today you will discover the innovative Haus der Musik (Soundmuseum), an interactive exhibit which immerses visitors in a variety of sound experiences.
In the afternoon, enjoy some time on the area of the Prater, where you can have a ride with the big wheel. Farewell dinner at a restaurant and overnight in Vienna.
Day 9: Departure
Breakfast at your hotel. Afterwards transfer to Vienna Airport for departure.
