Day 1: Arrival
After arriving in the Bavarian capital of Munich, you will embark on a guided tour to discover the city. After the tour, you will have time to check into the hotel and enjoy a lovely dinner.
Day 2: Football World in Munich
Today your sports tour starts with a visit to the famous Allianz Arena. After a guided tour of the soccer stadium, you will have a chance to test your skills with a shoot-out in the Kick Hall. Afterwards, your tour continues at the Erlebniswelt of the FC Bayern. Immerse yourself in the history of the famous German soccer team and discover the street of triumphs, featuring every domestic trophy won by FC Bayern and much more.
In the afternoon, you will experience a must for all sports fans: A tour through the Olympic Stadium – place of the 1972 Olympic summer games. Soak in the atmosphere of a stadium where many athletes celebrated great victories. Finally, you will finish your first day with a traditional dinner in a traditional Bavarian brewery.
Day 3: Garmisch, Partenkichen and Neuschwanstein Castle
After breakfast, you depart for an exciting excursion to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, one of the leading resort towns in Bavaria. Here you will visit the ski jump, famous for the popular Four Hills Tournament in Europe. Afterwards, you continue to one of the most famous castles in Europe - Neuschwanstein Castle! A visit to this fairy-tale castle will take your breath away! The evening is spent at your leisure in Munich.
Day 4: Trip to Thuringia
This morning you have free time in Munich until you drive to Thuringia in the afternoon. The overnight stay will be in Erfurt, including a Medieval or Lutheran dinner.
Day 5: Wintersports for everyone
Today it’s time to try out a new sport - The Biathlon! With a visit to Oberhof, you can literally give it a shot. At the winter sports arena, you have the opportunity of shooting with a small-bore rifle like the real winter sports athletes. You can try it on your own or compete with each other. Whichever you choose, experienced trainers will ensure you have an authentic Biathlete experience. Afterwards, you can warm up with a delicious dinner at the hotel.
Day 6: Erfurt and Cologne
The day starts with a guided tour of Erfurt to see the main sights and discover the city. Later in the afternoon, you will depart for Cologne where you can relax with a delicious dinner at the hotel.
Day 7: German Sports and Olympic Museum
This morning in Cologne, you will have time to discover the city with a guide either by foot, bike or with Segway. Later, immerse yourself in the world of sports at the German Sports and Olympic Museum.
You can experience a fascinating journey through 2500 years of sport and Olympic history, with unique exhibits from ancient Greek athletics to the professional sport of the 21st century. After having dinner in a restaurant, you can show your bowling skills in a 2 hour match then enjoy the rest of the evening with your group.
Day 8: Nuremburg Race Track
Today you will head to Nuremburg where you will visit the world-famous race track. Did you know that it is the longest permanent race track in the world? Every well-known race driver from Nicki Lauda to Michael Schuhmacher has driven on this track. Attend the backstage tour to have a look behind the scenes of the Nuerburgring. You will learn impressive facts and experience 80 years of motorsport. You will then carry on to the area of Frankfurt for an overnight stay with a lovely dinner at your hotel.
Day 9: Last Day in Frankfurt
Discover the city with a guided tour either by foot, bike or Segway. Feel free to go shopping or do some sports on your own (hockey, swimming, tennis, …) before you end your last evening with a delicious farewell dinner.
Day 10: Departure
