Day 1: Arrival at Capri
On the way to Capri you can enjoy the ride through the Alban Hills, where you have a magnificent view of Rome. Perhaps you will make a stop at Frascati, which is famous for its white wine and the beautifully located Rocca di Papa. After that you reach Naples / Sorrento and you have a transfer by boat to Capri. Dinner at the hotel and overnight on Capri.
Day 2: Capri
Today you make a tour through the island with private mini busses and you can discover the most beautiful island in the Tyrrhenian Sea - up to Anacapri. In the afternoon you have the opportunity to visit Villa San Michele or make a boat trip to the Blue Grotto. You spend the evening in Capri and enjoy the unique flair! Dinner at the hotel and overnight on Capri.
Day 3: Naples
Today you have a boat trip to Naples: While visiting Naples, you'll pass the Castelnuovo. This castle was the former residence of the Neapolitan kings. You also see the Royal Palace of the Renaissance, San Carlo Theatre, which is over 250 years old, one of the largest theaters in the world. After that you’ll see the famous port - Santa Lucia with the Castle dell’Ovo, the gothic cathedral of Saint Gennaro and have a stroll along the panoramic Via Caracciolo. After a lunch break, you have time for a little shopping or a stroll through the city. Then return to the hotel on Capri. Dinner at the hotel and overnight on Capri.
Day 4: Coast of Amalfi
In the morning you leave Capri for visiting the beautiful coast of Amalfi. On the wild and rugged coastline you’ll find wonderful small towns and villages such as Positano and Amalfi. Above Positano you make a break at a panoramic stop. Form here you have a great view of the little typical town and you can take pictures of the cubic houses with domed roof. The tour will continue to Amalfi, the once powerful maritime republic of Italy with a very scenic location. Here you will visit the Cathedral of St. Andrew. In the afternoon you go on to the hotel in Sorrento. Dinner at the hotel and overnight in Sorrento.
Day 5: Pompeii
In the morning you take the bus to Pompeii. The area is incredibly rich in interesting houses and villas. Around the Forum you can visit the Temple of Apollo, the Basilica and the construction of Eumachia and Vespasianstempel. One of the most representative buildings of Pompeii is the Casa di Menandro. In the main shopping street, Via dell 'Abbondanza, you find small craft shops, food stalls, bar-rooms and weaving mills. In the afternoon departure to Rome to your hotel in Rome. Dinner in a restaurant and overnight in Rome.
Day 6: Rome
After breakfast you will visit the ancient sites of Rome: the Colosseum, the Arch of Constantine, the Roman Forum and Piazza Venezia. From there you go to the Capitol, where you have a nice overview of the excavations of the Roman Forum. In the afternoon you discover the classic Rome. Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and the Pantheon, the oldest domed building in Europe. If you have time, you can also make a tour to the Piazza Navona, the place where a Roman Circus was. In some places you can still find remnants of ancient architecture. After a busy day of sightseeing, enjoy a farewell dinner together at a restaurant in Rome. Overnight in Rome.
Day 7: Departure
After breakfast you have to say „Arrivederci Italia!“
