Day 1: Arrival in Munich and Transfer to Salzburg
You arrive at the international airport of Munich. Your coach driver and tour escort will welcome you at the airport and bring you to the first stop of your trip: the Austrian city Salzburg. Arrived in Salzburg you will get a first impression of the city by getting a guided sightseeing tour. The special highlight of the day will be a visit to Mozart’s Birthplace. Dinner and overnight stay in Salzburg.
Day 2: Salzburg and its castles
Today, you have the possibility to visit the Hohensalzburg Fortress. This location may provide a special atmosphere for your first performance. Other places to perform at are the Mozart House or the Salzburg Cathedral. Furthermore you will explore original shooting locations on the Sound of Music movie. In the evening you will spend a nice evening at the musical or the Marionette Theater. Dinner and overnight stay in Salzburg.
Day 3: Continue to Vienna
Today, the trip continues to Vienna, the capital of Austria. But before you arrive there you will spend time in Bad Ischl for your performance. Locations therefore are either the St. Nikolaus Church or an outdoor theatre. In the afternoon, you will have another stopover at the known monastery Melk Abbey. By getting a guided tour you will learn more about that. In the evening, you will finally arrive in Vienna. Dinner and overnight stay in Vienna.
Day 4: First Day in Vienna
After breakfast, you will start your day with a tour of Vienna’s famous sights. After that you will take part at a guided visit of the Opera House. In the afternoon, you will spend some free time at the Prater, a beautiful large park in Vienna. You will conclude the day with the visit of a musical. Dinner and overnight stay in Vienna.
Day 5: Vienna’s magnificent buildings
After breakfast, you will explore Vienna’s culturally significant buildings. Your first stop will be the Schoenbrunn Palace where you have the possibility to learn more about it. Then you will get a guided visit at the MuseumsQuartier that is one of the largest cultural complexes in the world. This day is just perfect for another performance, e.g. at the Schoenbrunn Palace, MuseumsQuartier, Prater or in St. Stephan’s Cathedral. In the evening, you will have a delicious dinner with the possibility to try the typical Viennese Schnitzel. Overnight stay in Vienna.
Day 6: Continue to Prague
Today the trip continues to the capital of the Czech Republic – Prague. Once you arrive in Prague, you will experience a guided city tour of Prague with all its important sights. After that it’s time to visit the Prague Castle and St. Vitus Cathedral to learn more them. In the evening, a visit to a show at the Black Theatre is planned. Dinner and overnight stay in Prague.
Day 7: Historical Prague
After breakfast, you can choose what you would like to do. For instance, you could visit the National Gallery or the Museum Kampa. Alternatively, you can enjoy a guided tour of the Jewish Museum incl. Synagogues. In the afternoon, it’s time for a performance. Locations for that are e.g. the Smetana Hall or Saint Nicolas Church. Dinner and overnight stay in Prague.
Day 8: Continue to Munich
Today you’re leaving the golden city of Prague and continuing your trip to Munich. On your way you will stop in Regensburg. Visit Regensburg and its well-known memorial Walhalla. Trip continues to Munich. Arrived in Munich you can gather some initial impressions by visiting the Munich residence or the Lenbachhaus. Dinner and overnight stay in Munich.
Day 9: Munich
After breakfast, a guide will show you the different sides of Munich. You will see impressive buildings and learn about the history of Munich. After that a visit of the Olympic Park with BMW World is planned. In the afternoon, it is possible to perform at the Cathedral of our Dear Lady, Munich Residence or Nymphenburg Castle. You will have a typical dinner at a brewery. At the end of the day you will have the opportunity to enjoy a show (theatre or musical) at “Deutsches Theater”. Overnight stay in Munich.
Day 10: Excursion to Upper Bavaria
After breakfast, you will make an excursion to the Munich region called Upper Bavaria. You will experience beautiful landscapes and amazing buildings such as the castle Neuschwanstein and the church Wieskirche. There is nothing like having your last performance of your trip in such an atmosphere. Overnight stay in Munich.
Day 11: Departure
