Day 1: Arrival in Rome
After you arrival in Rome at the airport, you will have a transfer to your hotel in Rome. In the evening you have leisure time for a first stroll. Overnight stay in Rome
Day 2: guided visit of Rome
In the morning you visit the famous Colosseo, Palatine hill, Forum Romanum and Carcere Mamertinus. After a lunch break you go on with your guided tour and you can see San Paolo fuori le Mura and a Catacombe. In the evening you have your dinner in a restaurant nearby the hotel. Overnight stay in Rome
Day 3: transfer to Ravenna
After breakfast you leave Rome and have a coach transfer to Ravenna. During a guided city tour in Ravenna you will get to know the Basilica San Apollinare Nuovo, Cappella and Museo Arcivescovile. In the evening dinner in your hotel and overnight stay in Ravenna
Day 4: Canossa and Parma
Today you will visit Canossa, which is known from the “Walk to Canossa”. Here you will visit the Fortress of Canossa together with you guide. In the afternoon you continue to Parma, well known for its cheese and nice architecture. A guide will show you the city. Afterwards you go back to Ravenna, dinner in the hotel and overnight stay in Ravenna
Day 5: transfer from Ravenna to Pinerolo
Today you leave Emilia Romagna and continue your journey to the Piedmont. In the evening you have some leisure time. Dinner in the hotel and overnight stay in Pinerolo
Day 6: Torre Pelice and Waldensian museum + Torino
Today you visit Torre Pellice, which is the centre of the Waldensian church. You also visit the Waldensian museum, the leading institution of a series of museums, temples and historical sites in the Pellice. In the afternoon you can visit Torino – the capital city of Piedmont. In the evening you enjoy your dinner in the hotel and overnight stay in Pinerolo.
Day 7: transfer from Pinerolo to Geneva
After breakfast you leave Italy and continue to Switzerland. After you arrival you will have a guided city tour in Geneva and visit the museum of the Reformation. Dinner in your hotel and overnight stay in Geneva.
Day 8: transfer from Geneva to Constance
Today you continue your trip to Zurich. Here you make a stop for a guided city tour of Zurich. Afterwards you continue to your hotel in the area of Constance. After dinner you have an overnight stay in the area of Constance.
Day 9: Constance and transfer to Worms/Speyer/Mannheim
In the morning you will get to know Constance during a guided city tour before you leave the city for your transfer the area of Worms/Speyer/Mannheim, where you will check in your hotel and have dinner. Overnight stay in this area.
Day: 10 guided city tour in Worms – transfer to Paris
During you guided city tour through Worms - one of the major sites where the ancient German Nibelungenlied took place - you will visit the Museum der Stadt Worms. In the afternoon transfer from Worms to Paris. Dinner in your hotel and overnight stay in Paris.
Day 11: Paris
After breakfast you will get to know the largest city and capital city of France. Together with your guide you start a discovery drive through the city to see sites of French Reformation and French Revolution. Enjoy the city and discover the Champs-Élysées and the place of guillotine at Place de la Concorde. Highlight of the tour is the visit of Eiffel Tower (lift to the 3. floor). From here you have a fantastic view over the city. Dinner in your hotel and overnight stay in Paris.
Day 12: Departure
After breakfast you will have your transfer to Paris airport and departure.
